As a leading retailer, they are dedicated to optimizing our supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance performance and streamline operations.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate current supply chain and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, operations, and IT, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop solutions.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization within the supply chain.Design and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs.Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements or new software implementations.Lead and support projects related to supply chain optimization, including system upgrades, process redesign, and technology implementations.Develop and maintain documentation of supply chain processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes or systems.Monitor and measure the performance of supply chain initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting and insights to management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
