Analyze business problems, identify opportunities.Requirements & Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and understand their needs and pain points.Craft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define features, functionalities, and user flows with attention to both technical feasibility and exceptional user experience.Actively participate in design discussions and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.Facilitate effective communication throughout the product lifecycle, resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth transitions between development phases.Support the testing process by creating test cases, reviewing test results, and verifying that the delivered product meets business requirements.Minimum Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Business Information SystemsA minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a software development environment.Demonstrated track record of successfully crafting PRDs and driving product development from ideation to release.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear objectives.Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
