Brand Representative – Hermanus

Minimum Requirements Proven experience in customer relations or sales role, with a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Hermanus based with a network of high-net-worth individuals Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services Understanding of the luxury market and up to date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. The ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies to generate leads and expand our luxury client base within the Overstrand & Overberg. Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and marketing initiatives. Proactively network and engage with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster business partnerships. Overall coordination of service delivery for existing and new clients in Hermanus and surrounding areas Build and maintain strong relationships through personalised interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service. Represent the Dealership at events and networking functions
