Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 essentialFully Bilingual – English & AfrikaansSound knowledge of accounting practices or qualifications in either of thesePrevious experience in a Branch Manager and Office Manager rolePrevious experience in accounting / bookkeepingMinimum of 3 years in a similar positionMust have experience in Stock management and controlMust be proficient in Pastel Partner and MS OfficeDuties:General admin / Filing duties – Completion of required duties timeouslyStock Control -Thorough understanding of management of stockAssisting customers with sales and queries.Coordinate all customer complaints with relevant department head.Liaising and Co-ordination of deliveries with other branches.Petty Cash Bank account control and reconciliation.P&L Balance Sheets & Banking.Oversee sales department ensuring reports are done and send to HQ, call logs monitor etc.Driving sales.Managing staff effectively.Attention to detail.Adherence to deadlines at all timesClosing Date: 17 May 2024
