Bookkeeper

Role: Bookkeeper Location: Hermanus, Western Cape Salary: TBC Responsibilities: Utilize IQ retail software and Pastel for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Handle creditor's and debtors' responsibilities, including invoice processing and payment tracking Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records Assist in the preparation of financial reports Collaborate with the owner to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role Proficiency in using IQ retail software and Pastel Strong understanding of payroll processes Knowledge of creditors and debtors management Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Solid understanding of accounting principles Effective communication skills Requirements: Accounting Diploma, Finance, or similar Certification in bookkeeping or relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
