Key requirements Degree in AccountingGood numeracy skillsComputer literate-Advanced Excel, Sage Evolution and SAP2 years experience in the finance fieldAttention to detailsConfidentialityKey responsibilities Preparing creditors recons local and foreign creditorsPreparing creditors listing for month end paymentsLiaising with suppliers to resolve any accounting queriesMaintaining vendor age analysisRequesting supplier statementsFollow up with customers for credit AppsRaising intercompany invoicesFollowing up with overdue customersPreparing receivables reportsLiaising with customers to resolve any accounting queriesMaintain customer age analysisPreparing vat returnsProcessing credit card expensesPreparing and maintaining the Fixed Asset register for the group, retirements, additions and accuracy of depreciation calculations
