DescriptionAs the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations within our hotel. Your duties will include managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operation. You will develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions, in collaboration with the culinary team, to enhance guest experience and drive revenue. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring adherence to standards of service and professionalism. Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability will also be key aspects of your role. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
