As a Defense Missions Avionics and Logistics Program Manager, you'll bring your acquisition, logistics, aircraft maintenance, and avionics expertise to work alongside thought leaders in avionics systems, communication systems, engineering, consulting, and analytics on projects for multiple high-profile Air Force and Department of Defense clients. You'll use your skills and expertise as you research, analyze, assess, plan, and support various weapon systems sustainment, acquisition, compliance, and modification.

You Have:  10+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance
Experience in a senior-level role with aircraft maintenance, sustainment, logistics planning, and requirements generation
Experience as an avionics and communication systems subject matter expert, advising Senior Air Force Leaders on operations, maintenance, potential related problem areas, and specific system configurations
Experience with requirements development for aircraft
Knowledge of technical publication development, FAA and Military Certification procedures, life cycle logistics support, DoD JCIDS, logistics training, and supply management
Knowledge of contract logistics support requirements and commercial derivative aircraft scheduled maintenance requirements
Ability to provide analysis and contribute to fleet analysis and Analysis of Alternative
Ability to analyze acquisition programs and project cost, schedule, and performance impacts
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
Nice If You Have:  Experience with the Air Force's Air Mobility Command aircraft, especially DV airlift, Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft, logistics acquisition management, and weapon system management
Experience working with the AMC staff functions
Knowledge of technical publications validation and verification procedures, Air Force Weapon Systems Program Offices, and DoD PPBE
Ability to critically analyze problems, work independently, and collaborate with various teams
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Master's degree in Management or Business Administration
Project Management Professional certification
Commercial Radio Operator License

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
