Job Description: Lead the development and delivery of audience strategy and champion audience-first thinking within the planning and strategy teams; providing a consultative approach to driving business outcomes using data and technology platforms. Build audience targeting strategies based on campaign goals, run audience insight analysis, collaborate with data partners to create custom audiences, and establish connection with media partners to configure, test, and validate destination across all channels.
Supervise the end-to-end process of audience planning, activation, and measurement for clients and/or campaigns.
Key Requirements: • Analytical individual who has strong knowledge on planning, with a strong focus on data.
• Capture, consolidate and interpret data.
• Sifting through 1st party Beach data, market related data to inform and create an audience profile.
• Helping inform the individual we are aiming to communicate to from a channel and planning perspective Audience centric approach.
• Creation of cohort's audiences i.e. Music fans = initiators etc (Responsibility to build what an initiator is) and how best to reach them.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Adept at writing reports for top-level management and presenting findings.
• Ability to present to small and large client groups.
• Strong interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills
