Enabling online commerce across Africa within a cross functional team. We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us on this mission. This opportunity will provide hands-on access to building a modern scalable payment infrastructure across an entire continent. You will report to Ernst, Head of Product. What you'll be doing: Find merchant problems: Build customer empathy and understanding Identify merchant needsLearn through iterative solutioning, feedback loops and constant hypothesis testing.Validate the most valuable solutions: Define product initiatives that others understandTake a data-driven approach to identify high-impact opportunities Identify the four big risks to your solution and manage themTrade off solution scope to maximise valueHave merchant and customer impact Help execute the planMeasuring the effectiveness using key performance metricsLead the product development lifecycle along with engineering, support testing and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersHave a roll out plan to make sure your merchants and their customers benefit from your team's solutionsBe autonomous.
