Assistant Training Officer

A great mining company in Mpumalanga is seeking the expertise of an Assistant Training Officer to join their team.Responsibilities:Checking bookings for machine licensing interventions on a weekly basisReviewing licensing requests received from the Operations, aligning the requests to the role and section in which the employee is workingConducting Trackless Mobile Machinery assessment for employees and contractorsProviding risk conversant trainingIdentifying training needs and liaising with Group Training CentreAdministering weekly and monthly reportsTraining delivered and activities in area of responsibility undertaken in line with legislationRequirements:Grade 12Blasting Certificate for Opencast MinesHR / HRD Tertiary QualificationAssessor and Moderator Certificate3 – 5 years experience in a mining environmentExperience on TMMsPlease note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
