ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER - Spa & Beauty Krugersdorp (Gauteng) - South Africa START: A.SA.P / March 2024 REPORT TO: Director / HoS HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Saturday 08:00 - 13:00 Select Public Holidays (rotate) COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS: R15,000 per month (Neg.) QUALIFICATIONS  Matric Certificate / Grade 12 Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems (anything Spa & Beauty related) CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Sales or Business Administration certified - BONUS OVERVIEW OF THE JOB: Assist the national manager with relevant duties and responsibilities Offer exceptional customer care Process and resolve any queries, complaints or returns Oversee general administration Assist with stock take and merchandising Any other adhoc duties assigned to you SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of trends in beauty Excellent client service  Meticulous and accurate Problem solver Able to work in a constantly evolving environment Accountability Take action where needed  Can-do attitude Previous sales experience is preferred Leadership qualities, fair and firm REQUIREMENTS: Must be based in or around Krugersdorp with reliable transport Computer literate and confident using sales software Confident command of English (speak & write) You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
