We are looking for someone who is passionate about maintenance, planning and organizing to become part of the team!RequirementsBachelor's degree / BTech diploma in facility management or similar field or similar work experience.Grade 12 certificateMinimum 2 years' experience in maintenanceFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishComputer literate (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Must have relevant Planned Maintenance TrainingExperience in the hospitality sector will be an advantageStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-taskOrganizational and time management skillsA valid driver's licenseResponsibilitiesAct as liaison between operations and maintenanceTo improve workforce productivity and work qualityEliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labour, parts, material and equipment access.Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance related mattersJob knowledge for what needs to be done, required labour hours etcCoordinate equipment downtimeResponsible for ongoing planned and yearly shut down maintenance.Assist with development of annual overhaul/shutdown schedulesAssist with all administrative related tasksMaintain workshop (receiving and dispatch of stock to site)If this role sounds like the challenge you're looking for then we'd like to hear from you.
