Primary Responsibilities Include: Supervise and support restaurant managers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Regularly interact with guests to solicit feedback and ensure their satisfaction, addressing any complaints or suggestions in a timely and professional manner.Assist in the development of annual budgets and revenue forecasts for the F&B department, working to achieve revenue targets while managing expenses effectively.Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and competencies of restaurant managers and their teams.Requirements What You Bring: Prior experience in F&B operations within the hospitality industry is essential, preferably in upscale or luxury hotel settings.
