The purpose of this role is to provide maximum support to the Outbound Sales Division ensuring maximum uptime and productivity of users.
Key Accountabilities: Ensure Operational efficiency of Outbound Sales Division and provide first and second line IT SupportProvide hands-on Support to others within RewardscoAssisting in the development and implementation of standard operating practicesHigh levels of attention to detail and resilienceCoordinate and lead technical desktop and application projectsTrack and Maintain hardware assets assigned to the IT DepartmentContributing to team effort and success in all areas of supportContribute to and measure professional developmentDeliver/Promote the highest levels of Client Service to all areas of the businessImprove desktop support and other end user services through documentation and processesUnderstanding, enforcing and living by best practice methodologiesSpecialist Technical Skills Required: Able to troubleshoot connectivity, OS and web application issuesMust have strong analytical and problem-solving abilityDeliver the highest levels of network service to supporting users and applicationsWork with end-user team in isolating application related issues as a result of poor Telco performanceKnowledge of Web ApplicationsFollow the support triage guidelines effectively and efficiently when dealing with support related queries, where necessary escalate to 3rd line support or other pertinent teamsSpecific Skills Required: Must be creative in problem solving and solution creationMust be able to communicate effectivelyA professional who sets and maintain high standards of qualityMust be able to work under pressureStrong interpersonal, project management, and communication skillsEagerness and willingness to investigate and challenge information and actions when necessary and appropriateTechnical Knowledge: CompTIA A+ and N+ Certification essential together with an IT DiplomaIT Degree in Computer Systems (advantageous)Web Application SupportBasic SQL knowledge is essentialMust be strong with Technology Management toolset such as SCCMProficiency in the Microsoft Eco-System, including SharePoint, Office Suite, and Power BIT's & C's apply T's & C's apply
