Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To gather customer insights, conduct analysis and monitoring of outcomes, as input into the Client Journey.Responsible for identifying, designing and implementing solutions aligned with the business strategy.Supporting various Feature teams to transform business strategy into tangible customer value propositions. Ensuring that the business' high level requirements are appropriately translated into the necessarylevels of detail to inform the solution design and development. Co-ordinate and facilitate solution design sessions.Translate functional requirements into technical design requirements.Responsible for analysis, documentation and presentation of the required design or solution artefacts.Provide support and input into test cases and test scenarios.Identify opportunities for solution standardisation and optimisation across multiple business domains (Customer Origination ; Account Origination; Account Maintenance and Servicing; Payments).To pro-actively research and provide insights around the latest technology and industry trends to influence business strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Business Commerce DegreeExperience Required 3-4 years experience in sourcing and providing relevant data analyses, strategic insights and recommendations for the development of customer value propositions.Knowledge of the bank's products, systems and processes. Knowledge of the digital environment and how it relates to the banking industry.Good understanding of behavioural economics and its practical application.Experience in reporting, e.g. the ability to build a PowerBI report and other reporting data for day-to-day reporting for the segment.
