Our agricultural business is seeking to employ an Agricultural Operations Manager with extensive experience in business, agriculture operations and production facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

10 years experience in Operations Management in the agriculture production or similar industry
Experience in managing multiple and various departments with vast staff compliment
Experience in managing various departments e.g. processing, indoor andor greenhouse, irrigation, building and other maintenance, admin, equipment, etc.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly to the Directors and provide constant updates as to the business operations
Operations Responsible for overseeing, managing, controlling and supervising the agricultural operations activities and employees
Management To provide leadership and direction to HODs and other staff, including performance management, assessments, interviewing, appointments etc.
Provide manage various departments e.g. processing, indoor andor greenhouse, irrigation, building and other maintenance, admin, equipment, etc.
Finance Develop, manage and implement budgets, expenses prepare reports for senior management and ensure the various departments complies with company requirements
Support the achievement of the business strategy objectives and values by reviewing the Operations Plan aligning processes workflow and solutions
