The Opportunity: We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who can help our clients make the right investment decision through analysis of options, as well as those who can support new commercial models, best practice procurement processes, and the implementation of new ways of project and program delivery.
Our clients in all infrastructure sectors with a particular focus on energy infrastructure. The nature of work we are currently being engaged on includes:
Supporting clients with investment decisions, governance processes and developing business cases.Industry and stakeholder engagement activities to support investment and operational decisions.Maturity assessments which help clients understand their capability to plan and delivery against their commitments.Developing project delivery and procurement strategies for major and complex infrastructure projects.The design and implementation of commercial models as well as programme management frameworks. Establishing and mobilising new operating models for major government infrastructure departments. Developing practical tools and processes that support procurement and delivery of capital and asset intensive programmes. Embedding and implementing organisational change. Skills and Experience: Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
Excellent people skills with the ability to get positive results through building and maintaining great relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders. Experience working in consultancy or a client organisation within the infrastructure sector, ideally within the following sectors; water, energy, and health. Strong commercial awareness and a desire to support business development activities. A client centric approach and the ability to create and operate in a highly collaborative team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset, who enjoys working in a project-based environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
