Responsibilities:Confident cook who has experience in cooking for guests from small to large numbersTo ensure that the kitchen is clean and tidy, equipment is clean, and dustbins have been emptied.Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pansEnsure fridges, windows and walls are clean at all timesRemove waste placing it in designated pickup areasMaintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.To adhere to the Health and Hygiene Standards in the kitchen. Qualifications and experience applicable:2 years restaurant/hotel experience.Must have a minimum 6 months experience in cleaning, preferably hotels and restaurants.High school or equivalentPreferably someone living in the area or close byRequired language English
