Details of the offer

Administrator, George - Western Cape Job Purpose: To support administrative functions for the Garden Route and Cape Town Admin & Finance Department and associated personnel. Responsibilities: Manage reception, coordinate office tasks and ensure office operations run smoothly. Maintain office supplies, corporate apparel and marketing materials, handle ordering and monthly reconciliations. Process Petty Cash, update reconciliation and submit reports to Cape Town Finance Department. Assist Trust Account Support Professional with documentation for daily payments and correspondence. Handle daily reporting and reconciliation of payments to Cape Town Finance Department. Support Traders with administrative tasks, including stock checks and documentation. Manage switchboard and assist with HR tasks when needed. Requirements: Grade 12 Secretarial or Office Administration qualification preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong English and Afrikaans communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Multi-tasking capability with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills. Deadline-oriented, team-oriented, with a professional demeanour. Trustworthy, presentable and reliable with own transport.
