Employer Description Our client is a water services company. Job Description You will be responsible for the following key functions: Obtaining and evaluating quotations & prices on technical items/equipment/parts/spares Generating purchase orders on the system Maintaining records of spares/tools & equipment Data capturing, maintaining all data on current Asset & Maintenance system Produce job cards/Preventative Maintenance schedules & checklist on weekly/monthly basis Capturing & processing the completed job cards / PM schedules & checks and produce the reports indicating progress/status as required Assist with reports as required for contract & projects progress meeting preparation & requirements from the database system Assist with document deliveries/collection as required To perform general and any other required secretarial and administrative functions which will include store management, stock take and all related tasks Qualifications Relevant Administration or Management Tertiary qualification. Skills Understanding of Technical fields and terms relating to maintenance work, parts and spares.
