Admin / Finance Manager, Npo

We are seeking an Admin/Finance Manager for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant degree / diploma in finance and valid driver's license3+ years' experience in a related roleNPO industry knowledge / experience beneficialThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Legislative compliance - ensure all legislative requirements are metAdmin management – record management; office admin; meeting management; act as secretariat; business plans; annual event calendarFinancial admin – SARS submissions; banking; payments; creditors / debtors; petty cashEmployee supervision – allocation of duties and implementation of policiesFinancial/asset management & admin – ensure budget preparation; asset management; stock control; inventory management; ensure timelines are met; donation managementFunding / fundraising – manage submissions; managing fundraising; lotto funding preparationsMarketing – social media and marketing of the center; bring in new projectsPayroll management – payslip provision; maintain payroll file; IRP5'sPolicies – ensure policies are developed, reviewed and implementedReporting – monthly reporting file; minutes of all meetings Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to ******
