Duties & Responsibilities To document financial transactions in the General Ledger system; Accounts payable (i.e. processing invoices, payments and reconciliation of accounts etc.); Accounts receivable (i.e. distribution of statements, following up on outstanding invoices, processing remittances, reconciliations etc.); Payroll (Processing, reconciliations, etc.); To maintain financial security by following internal controls; Maintenance of internal systems and client files (electronic and hard copies); Stay up to date and comply with latest legislation.
