Account Executive (Logistics Qualification Is A Must)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet customer service delivery targets• Damage investigation and root cause analysis• Understand and maintain VDS SOPs• Understand and maintain OEM SOPs• Maintain all vehicles movements on VTS• Report VDS performance in daily / monthly meetings with customers• Price adjustments - maintain price tables• Reconcile billing file• Customer Service within dealer baseQUALIFICATION & SKILLSREQUIRED:• BCom Graduate (Logistics / Transportation)• Grade 12• Relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential• Computer literacy essential• Excel intermediate/advance knowledge and experience criticalCORE COMPETENCIES: • Motivated & diligent• Meticulous / Attention to detail• Must be able to prioritise tasks• Good communication skills• Be able to work under pressure• Responsible & reliable• Able to function independently• Must be able to work overtime & be on stand-by over weekendsTRANSPORT: • Must have a valid driver's license and own transport
