You will undergo regular supervision with your line manager, receiving day to day support. It is important you are organized and complaint, but also willing to use your own initiative. Duties & Responsibilities Drafting court documents, proceedings, and applications. Resolution of liability disputes.  Resolution of Quantum disputes.  Take initiative to suggest ideas for improvements and understand the value of different working ideas. Work to set priorities, create clear plans, and manage all work to meet the needs of the client. Desired Experience & Qualification LLB Degree Previous experience within a similar role handling a case load Knowledge or experience of working with RAF Claims. Experience working with an insurance sector.
