Redember recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor for their client in the North of Johannesburg. To  supporttheGroupPayrollManagerinensuringsmoothpayrollprocessingresultingin in all employees being paid correctly and timeously, in full compliance withlegislativeframework. 

Processassignedpayrollsaccuratelyandtimeously.
Verify the optimal integrity of employee information (i.e. personal,financial, job related) by ensuringthatnecessarycorrectionsareprocessed onthesystem.
Provide support to Human Capital (HC) departments of divisions andto Payroll team to investigateandresolvepayrollrelated queries
Ensurethattaxvalidationsaredoneandresolved  monthly .
Identify any needs for improvement of processes and procedures andcommunicate these torelevantstakeholders.
Controlteam'scompliancewithagreedprocessestoensurecleanaudits.
ProcessbatchinputfromPayrollAdministrators.
Lead the team
Reviewskillsetofteam,identifytrainingneedswithmembersandfacilitatethenecessarytraining
Resource the team and recruit when required, manage individualperformance of team membersandapply allrelevant HumanCapitalpracticestoensureanengagedandfocusedteam
Ensure that all Human Capital and Employee Relations related issuesin the department areaddressed
DriveTalentManagementandsuccessionplanning

Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in Payroll Administrationwithaminimumof2year'sexposuretoteamleadership/supervisoryrole
Qualifications 
Grade12
Tertiary qualification in  Human Resources/Finance/Accounting
