Collaborate with management, Human Capital, and stakeholders to craft impactful learning interventions aligned with business goals and talent requirements. This pivotal role requires a keen understanding of the financial technology sector, adept planning skills, and a proactive mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR/Management, Learning & Development, Train the Trainer, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning & Development.Exposure to the financial technology industry is advantageous.Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Outstanding organizational abilities with a collaborative mindset.Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining quality standards.Alignment with company values and a strong service orientation.Requirements for Success: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, collaborative tools, and Learning & Development platforms.Ability to design surveys using online tools such as MS Forms.Strong planning and coordination abilities.Proactive self-starter with problem-solving skills.Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.Design and update learning programs to address evolving needs and learning gaps effectively.Utilize Udemy for Business platform to curate relevant courses and resources for employee development.Develop and implement a comprehensive career framework to guide employee growth.Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new employees.Manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) processes for regulatory compliance.Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes.Deliver formal training sessions, covering technical and soft skills.Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends for accurate and relevant training content.Manage learning requirements through a comprehensive year planner.Compile insightful reports on learning interventions for senior management.Assist in fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements.Personal Qualities: Highly organized with a customer-centric focus.Detail-oriented and precise in execution.Resilient and able to handle challenges with confidence.Proactive and solution-oriented.A natural team player with a collaborative spirit.
