The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for compiling data on all incoming potential HVC clients which will allow the Key Accounts team to successfully receive clients into categories with qualified criteria and knowledge of these clients. The main objective is for the early identification of potential HVC clients and to adapt existing communications, develop new interventions and constantly strive to improve our overall customer retention rates and value extracted from our converted and retained base.Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:Identify customers for potential high value relationship managementManage outbound calls to clients who have deposited a certain value or more on Day 0 across all verticalsCompile a data sheet and track customer experience from inceptionAllocate customers into relevant categories with qualified criteriaReady customers around communication relating to Responsible Gambling, Anti-Money Laundering, FICA, etcResponsible for maintaining the integrity of the customer experienceMonitor the 21-day cycle until the customer is allocated to the HVC model with the data compiled*This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
