Inventory Controller

Reference: 9410 CM Consultant: ChristaMostertJob Description:To maintain inventory control at the production facility.Ensure that stock is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the businessEnsure that incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedureEnsure that all inventory documentation is sent to/received by the applicable department/individual/sEnsure that materials (kits) are ready and available for production as and when requiredEnsure the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system through ad hoc cycle counts, improvement initiatives and periodic stocktakesQualifications:National technical certificate (N4 minimum) or relevant diplomaMinimum of 3 years' experience as an Inventory ControllerExperience working in an electronic/mechatronic engineering environmentA top achiever, well-balanced individual with a demonstrated track recordEager to take ownership and be accountableCompetent in problem solving, planning and decision makingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with management and staff at all levelsFlexible enough for an SME environmentCapable to work in a highly technical environmentA general attitude of serving others to achieve a common goalAbility to work and solve problems independentlyGoal-oriented, organised team playerSolid knowledge and understanding of inventory control processes, policies and systemsKnowledge of and experience working with ERP/MRP system/sProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
