)Maintain roads, hiking trails and public access routesCoordinate weekly work schedules and supervise team tasks and performanceSupport animal care operations through vegetation control and environmental improvementReport on projects, staff needs, incidents and environmental conditionsSupport environmental education and conservation messaging through example and engagementQualifications3-5 years of proven professional experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)Proven experience in land management, farming, forestry or environmental conservationValid drivers license (Code B or higher) and willingness to operate 4x4s and tractorsSkillsPhysically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in all weather conditionsStrong leadership, communication and planning skillsHands-on approach with a solution-driven mindsetFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in outdoor or industrial work environmentsPassion for animal welfare and ecological sustainabilityFluent in English; additional South African languages beneficialBenefitsPension FundMedical Aid
