Young People Residential Support Worker

Residential Support worker We are looking for suitable applicants to join our care teams, supporting children and young adults with complex Learning, Communication and Sensory needs.

Successful applicants will be given training appropriate to their role, including access to the Level 3 Diploma for Residential care.

Care hours are structured on a shift basis, averaging 42.5 hours per week, including weekend, public holidays and a requirement for sleep-in-duties.

Successful applicants will require satisfactory references & health checks and an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
