WendWell Health Distributor / Agency - Sales Team Manager for ACA Lead Generation Program (Wakulla Springs, Florida)Compensation: Uncapped commission-based earnings, performance-driven, with potential annual revenue between $50,000 and $200,000+ depending on team success.WendWell Health is seeking dynamic and motivated sales team leaders and agencies to join as Distributors / Agencies.As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of agents dedicated to promoting and enrolling eligible customers into Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Management: Actively recruit and maintain at least 5 sales representatives.
Develop strategies to attract top talent, manage, and support the team to achieve high performance and enrollment targets.
Recruit agents at statewide, regional, and national levels, establishing multi-office teams across states and regions.Training and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive training on ACA products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Implement ongoing educational initiatives.Strategic Location Management: Identify and secure strategic locations for sales activities nationwide.
Coordinate with local businesses and community centers for sales venues.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports.
