Web Content Manager

The Website Content Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all content published on SA's website.
This role ensures that the website aligns with the brand's voice, meets user experience standards, and remains optimised for performance and search engines.
The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, technical proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), and a keen eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesContent ManagementPlan, create, upload, and manage website content, including text, images, videos, and interactive features.Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align website content with brand goals and campaigns.Support our Storyteq lead with the roll-out of storyteq campaigns,Website MaintenanceMonitor the website for errors, outdated information, and broken links, ensuring a seamless user experience.Update navigation menus, banners, and landing pages to reflect current priorities and campaigns.Regularly audit the website to maintain content consistency and compliance with brand and campaign guidelines.CMS & Technical OperationsManage the backend of the website through the CMS (Sitecore), handling updates, page creation, and content scheduling.Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with IT or developers for more complex problems.Maintain and organise the content library, ensuring assets are up-to-date and accessible.Support in the roll-out of automated content creation through Storyteq.Project ManagementIndependently plan, prioritise, and manage website-related projects, including new page launches, feature updates, and content migrations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Stakeholder Coordination - act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, coordinating with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of web projects.Identify potential challenges or risks in web projects and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.RequirementsProven experience in website content management or a similar role.Proficiency in using CMS platforms, specifically SitecoreBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principlesGood project management skillsExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
