Key Responsibilities Oversee warehouse operations, cost control, and KPI performance.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, audits, and FSSC ***** standards.
Drive accuracy in picking and receiving, with proper resource allocation.
Maintain facilities, equipment, and health & safety standards.
Lead risk management, preventative maintenance, and food safety initiatives.
Plan and report on daily/weekly activities, budgets, and variances.
Manage and develop staff through meetings, one-on-ones, and certification compliance.
Requirements Grade 12 with Higher Grade Math plus a relevant tertiary diploma/degree.
5–7 years' experience in warehousing, distribution, FMCG/QSR, and supply chain management.
Proven leadership in inventory, people management, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
Advanced MS Office, Excel, WMS, and Microsoft Dynamics GP skills.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
