Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

We are looking for Fully Qualified and Accredited Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurses and Practitioner Psychologists.

Your key responsibilities will be: To conduct a holistic assessment with your participant to ascertain their work-related needs.

To develop a Support Plan of interventions, focusing on helping your participant to manage and/or resolve their mental health challenges while also managing their employment.

Support your participant to learn more about managing their mental health, support them to access appropriate treatment, and connect them with other people and support organisations Deliver non-clinical psychoeducational interventions including; resilience building, understanding and managing anxiety, learning strategies to manage stress and depression using evidence based practice.

Provide ongoing face to face and telephone support helping your participant to manage their health more independently and effectively Educate your participants employer, as appropriate, to enable them to provide support to the individual in their workplace You must be a fully qualified and accredited mental health professional.

In addition, you must have a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience in a relevant and related mental health field.

This role requires a unique set of skills.
