Job Title : Visual Merchandiser - Old Khaki - CenturionLocation : Gauteng, CenturionDeadline : May 30,Key ResponsibilitiesImplement window campaigns aligned with the company's brand standards and marketing objectives.Implement seasonal and promotional displays in a timely manner.Ensure all visual merchandising elements, including window displays, in-store displays, and signage, are current, clean, and well-maintained.Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to boost sales.Collaborate with the marketing department to execute brand strategies through both window and in-store displays.Utilize space efficiently to maximize product visibility and accessibility.Adhere to the business strategy from a visual merchandising perspective and maintain standards as communicated by Head Office to optimize visual impact.Maintain all Silent Sales Signage within the store in working order.Order visual merchandising fixtures in coordination with the Field Visual Merchandiser.Implement visual merchandising instructions from the Head Office team to ensure brand consistency.Identify and capitalize on in-store opportunities to increase turnover.Exceed customer expectations by employing effective selling techniques.Drive sales by recognizing opportunities to increase turnover.Establish professional relationships with customers, providing friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance and advice.Adhere to stock loss controls within the store.Behavioral RequirementsA passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Ability to work independently and use initiative.Resilient and tenacious in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain high levels of drive and initiative under pressure.Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.Methodical, detail-oriented, and accurate.Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into effective displays.Trustworthy and honest.At least 1 year of in-store visual merchandising experience.Minimum 2 years of work experience within retail.Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, for campaign presentations and feedback documentation.AdvantageousAdditional education or training in visual merchandising or related fields.Knowledge of current fashion trends or outdoor lifestyle relevant to the brand.Special Conditions of EmploymentClear credit and criminal record.Willingness and ability to work retail hours.Willingness to assist with new store openings in the area.South African citizenship.J LjbffrCreate a job alert for this searchVisual Merchandiser Old Khaki Centurion • Gauteng
