Key Roles and Responsibilities:Translates the global consulting services strategy and regional strategic objectives into a regional consulting services strategy.Contribute to the executive management of the regional organisation and ensure on a continuous basis that the regional consulting services organisation flexibly reacts and is aligned organisational initiatives.Contribute to the development of strategic and tactical plans that align to overall Consulting Services strategic goals and ensure the implementation thereof.Provide direction to a senior team of individuals to ensure business developmentSet annual growth targets and manage the internal organisational impacts on the team in terms of resourcing, financing and up skilling.Ensure the maintenance of a well-documented service portfolio, validating and approving changes as required.Takes responsibility for determining the status of services in each step of the services lifecycle.Develop and oversee the implementation of a detailed strategy to drive the upselling of relevant consulting services offers for existing clients.Collaborate and partner with business and sales executives/ leaders of NTT to ensure a cohesive approach to position NTT value propositions, drive up NTT visibility, develop joint propositions, create and address business opportunities.Drive the consulting services culture by sharing best practices, developing and sustaining cross functional relationships and filtering information downwards.Contribute to the development of required processes, policies and tools relating to financial, people, marketing and delivery management.Develops and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external partners to the benefit of their clients.Interface at executive level across a broad range of entities and interested parties, including partners, business leaders, key influencers, and decision makers.Successfully manage the unit and profit and loss.Review and authorise policies and procedures developed by direct reports.Develop and own the operational budget.Act as an influential leader by driving transformation that leads to maximum client satisfaction and business profitability.Evaluate complex client needs and develop solutions.Drive open dialogue, communication and best practice sharing across regions and services unitsKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Expert knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needsDeep understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offeringsDemonstrate excellent levels of client and executive engagementService orientated individuals who are able to manage client value whilst maintaining profitable business resultsDemonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product's functionality and capability and how it is applied to solve client's problemsMotivational and inspirational leaders with superior decision-making skills and the assertivenessExcellent collaboration skills and able to interact professionally at all levels internally and externallyExcellent strategic thinking capability and good analytical skillsAdvanced analytical problem-solving skillsStrong conceptual thinking abilityAttention to detail and perseverance to completionAbility to deal constructively with changeAbility to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of businessAbility to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneouslyA strong market orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and servicesAbility to think strategically at the executive level, foster change, drive innovation and implement strategies throughout all levels of the organisationAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Degree in Technology and/or Business ManagementScaled Agile certificationRelevant certificationRequired Experience:Extensive experience in similar role within a related environmentExtensive previous experience operationally managing a teamExtensive leadership experienceExtensive strategic planning experienceExtensive experience dealing with clients and managing service levelsExtensive stakeholder engagement experience at all levels in the organisationExtensive project management experienceExtensive experience with Safe/Scrum/Agile methodology (scale agile framework enterprise)Skills SummaryBusiness Development, Enterprise Technologies, Management Consulting, Market Analysis, Project Management, Strategic LeadershipWhat will make you a good fit for the role?Workplace type: Remote WorkingEqual Opportunity EmployerNTT is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
