You will be working directly alongside the senior management team and will be comfortable working alongside internal and external stakeholders to obtain user feedback and take ownership of the UX/UI design of their industry-leading software platform.Job Experience & Skills Required:Bachelors Degree in IT or similar2-3 years commercial experience working within a UX or UI.An understanding of UX/UI tools such as Azure RP, Balsamiq, Invision or similar.Experience and a good understanding of both web and mobile UI/UX. This includes:Responsive website designsMobile app designs (for both Android and iOS)Experience with Adobe Photoshop, and XDStrong communication skills (written and verbal).A passion for technology, with the ambition to work with modern tools and to continuously develop your own skill set.Development:HTML5 / CSS3SASSA working understanding of GitAny experience in JavaScript and/or PHP is a big plus, but not required
