Shape Digital Experiences That Delight! We're looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant designs. If you're passionate about crafting seamless user journeys and love solving problems with empathy and style — we want you on our team! What you'll do: User Research Personas – Conduct user research, analyse customer behaviour, pain points, and create personas that inform marketing strategies. Create personas, user journeys, and task flows to represent user needs and inform design decisions and strategy. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet user expectations and technical feasibility. Analyse user feedback and activity to iterate and improve designs. Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across platforms. Maintain UX documentation and design systems. UI/UX Design for Landing Pages Funnels – Design conversion-optimised landing pages, marketing pages, and onboarding experiences. A/B Testing Optimization – Run experiments to test different UX elements impacting engagement and conversion rates in line with marketing team strategy Branding Visual Consistency – Maintain a consistent brand identity across UI assets and marketing materials. Content Strategy Collaboration – Work closely with content marketers to ensure effective placement of CTA, messaging, and visuals. SEO Accessibility Considerations – Implement UX elements that improve search rankings and accessibility. Analytics Performance Tracking – Utilize tools to track user interactions, funnel performance, and UX improvements - generate reporting to Marketing for perusal. Customer Journey Mapping – Align the UX design with the broader customer acquisition and retention strategy. Focus on accessibility by following WCAG standards and ensuring a user-friendly experience for all users. Website Design. Your expertise: 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking. Proficient with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and wireframing platforms. Experience using behaviour analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory, Crazy Egg). Strong understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility principles, and responsive design. Technical competencies: Figma, Photoshop, Wireframing and Hotjar or other behaviour analytics tool Advantage: Experience contributing to product and digital strategy. Familiarity with agile workflows and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar. Understanding of basic front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) to effectively communicate with developers.
