Ensure existing and new staff are trained regarding Patient Control Sheet SystemMonthly reports must be drawn up and sent to the Regional ManagerEnsure staff adhere to the Time and Attendance systemDraw up and ensure that the Regional Manager has been supplied with a copy of the draft roster monthlyAdvise staff on current and revised Company Policies and ProceduresArrange with HR Business Partner for Unit staff to attend training courses and or congressesRecruitment of new staffSupervise and evaluate the quality of the patient care providedPlan and conduct performance appraisals twice yearly and provide Head Office with copiesEnsure accurate monitoring and recording of stock in accordance with Head Office ProceduresOrdering of stockStrict adherence to capturing DataWise informationMaintenance of Kidney Wise programEnsure strict adherence to all company PoliciesMinimum Requirements:Registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse or with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Essential)Previous Management Experience (Essential)Nephrology Course (Essential)BHSc Clinical Technology (Nephrology)MS package (Essential)Willing to work flexible hoursValid drivers license and own reliable transport essentialRenal experience (Essential)BLS certificate (Validity Essential)
