Requirements:Underground TMS machinery Diesel Mechanic 1 year fixed Term contract Gauteng
Grade 10 or Grade 12/N3
Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
Valid Drivers License
Computer Literate
Must have after completing Trade tested internship then must have further 3 years experience working in a Underground Mine TMM machinery
Familiar with planned maintenance system
Inspect equipment according to OEM, Mine Health , Safety Act
Attend to TMM underground machinery breakdowns in Mine
Diagnose faults in machines and parts
Diagnose and test parts with the assistance of computers
Dismantle and remove machine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and check parts
Inspect components and equipment for defects and report deviations
Perform planned maintenance, inspections and relevant tests on equipment
Perform risk assessments (Activity based and Mini)
Assemble machine components and fit parts after being repaired
Performing lock outs
On-the-job training for apprentices
Service Underground Mining TMM machinery Salary Package Market related depending on Grade level,+ work shifts, overtime and be able to do standby, callouts overtime pay
