Ui/Ux Manager

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX manager or similar role
Good understanding of the performance criteria of a digital platform
Experience with recommendation tools
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as well as wireframe tools would be an advantage
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
Responsibilities:
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Actively monitor User Experience across our client interfaces, including but not limited to response times, look & feel, content images, metadata
Continuous usage testing and improvement planning.
Stay up to date with latest trends on user interface in the Industry
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Create briefs on Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widget
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
