Job Specification: UI/UX Designer Location:  Fully Remote Job Type:  Full-Time About the Role As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities User-Centered Design: Design user interfaces and process flows using iterative design techniques.
Incorporate findings from user interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery to inform design decisions.
Design Deliverables: Produce user personas, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, interaction designs, and design specifications.
Create and maintain UI guidelines and visual standards to ensure consistency across products.
Usability Testing & Research: Conduct ad-hoc usability tests with end users and communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Facilitate design review sessions with key stakeholders, advocating for user needs and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with development teams to understand platform capabilities, communicate design goals, and adapt designs through the agile software development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences to ensure our designs remain competitive and innovative.
Iterate on existing designs to meet evolving industry or consumer needs.
Creative Contributions: Contribute to other creative design projects, including digital branding and physical product designs, as needed.
Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience as an information architect, interaction designer, product designer, user experience designer, or usability engineer.
Proven knowledge of design aesthetics and a solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs.
Proficiency in design tools, specifically  Figma .
Experience with other tools like  Sketch  and the  Adobe Suite  is a plus.
Understanding of cross-platform, browser, and device design strategies.
Familiarity with  HTML/CSS/JavaScript  (while coding is not required, knowledge of front-end development is beneficial).
Experience with responsive design techniques and challenges.
A track record of contributing to or maintaining a design system.
Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Haves Interest in illustration and animation.
Ability to design custom SVG icons.
Experience with general graphic design tasks.
