Gauteng - Our client in the water treatment industry is currently looking for a Travel Administrator.

Requirements:

Organised – deadline driven – pedantic – quick thinker
Presentable – neat and professional
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer literate – excel, office and good typing skills
Experience in booking Flights, accommodation, car rentals, visas and passports (Africa based and internationally (Canada and USA)
Preferable this person should have travelled internationally before
Service driven
Checking Passports and assisting with Visa applications
The successful candidate will directly work with the following:

Director
CEO
Business Development Manager
General Manager
This person will be responsible for the following:

Link between travel agent and traveller
Flight bookings – checking for best prices
Trip Itinerary
Car Rentals
Accommodation
Special Dietary arrangements
Site and Plant visits – booking of client meetings and organising PPE
Need to be available on phone after hours if and when required
Assist each company traveller with a travel pack
The successful candidate should have either of the following experience:

PA of a CEO/Director booking International and local flights and accommodation before – 4 to 5 years’ experience
Travel agent with 4 to 8 years’ experience
