Organized and deadline-driven Travel administrator, who is experienced in travelling and should have travelled internationally. Candidate must be computer literate, Experience in booking international and local flights must have 4 to 5 years experience and must be a non-smoker. The Candidate will be responsible for the following:
The link between travel agent and traveller
Flight booking- checking of best prices
Special dietary arrangements
Site and plant visits- organizing of the right PPE
Need to be available on phone after hours if and when required
Assist each company travel with a travel pack
Must be have knowledge in Visa Applications
Assist with passports checking.
NB: The candidate will be directly working with the Director, CEO and General Manager.
