We are seeking a dynamicSpecialist: Trainingto join an established organisation on a3‐month fixed‐term contract .
The successful candidate will facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of training programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and coordinate training interventions for internal and external clients.Conduct training needs analyses and develop training plans aligned with organisational objectives.Deliver, evaluate, and recommend continuous improvements to training programmes.Coordinate procurement processes and manage relationships with training service providers.Monitor and evaluate training interventions, service providers, and programme effectiveness.Compile and submit training statistics, reports, and performance information.Education and Certifications
Matric and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:Human Resources DevelopmentEducationCommerceOr a related qualificationExperience & Qualifications4–6 years' experience within a Training & Development environment.Experience in Small Enterprise Development is essential.Accredited Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification will be advantageous.Accredited Assessor certification will be advantageous.Key SkillsTraining Facilitation & CoordinationStakeholder EngagementMonitoring & EvaluationCommunication SkillsPlanning & OrganisingProblem Solving & Decision MakingBusiness Acumen#J-*****-Ljbffr
