How about you?Immediate Superior: Head of Change & Orchestration Digital InitiativesLocation: StellenboschFunction: Digital and TechnologyType of Contract: PermanentReference Number: 133668Closing Date: 07/04/2025Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the learning and capability strategy to meet current and future capability requirements.Stay updated on training trends and developments to support diverse generational learning needs.Review and implement new learning methodologies to stay industry-leading.Assess and improve current training initiatives through job analysis, career planning, performance reviews, and consultations with line managers.Conduct Training Needs Assessments.Collaborate with management and team leaders to identify skill gaps and improvement opportunities.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip employees with necessary skills.Create and manage an annual training calendar for efficient scheduling and execution.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance monitoring.Revise training programs as needed to adapt to environmental changes.Support line managers and trainers in resolving training issues.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years' experience in training and management within a professional environment.Experience managing programs and vendor relationships.Knowledge of Skills Development Act / BBBEE SD targets implementation.Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies.Proficiency with learning methods, project management, and budgeting.Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite, SAP, and Learning Management Systems.Strong communication, negotiation, organizational skills, and leadership understanding.Proven ability to develop and implement effective learning and development initiatives, preferably in a Shared Services or Contact Centre environment.The company's Employment Equity Plan and Diversity targets will guide the recruitment process.
