A leading law firm based in Durbanville requires a season Training Manager to join their dynamic team.
Minimum requirements:
Experience working with SETA's
Manage users in platform, assign content, maintain rewards
Implement Axonigy Micro-learning Platform
Participate with the team and Axonify to ensure successful technical set up and ongoing system maintenance and integration
NQF 6 (3 to 4 years Human Resources, Learning and Development or related tertiary qualification)
Minimum 3-4 years in a learning and development environment with specific experience in training, systems, facilitation and course content design, project management, learning systems/E- Learning
