Training Facilitator/Presenter

Skills training company is looking for a Training Facilitator to train students in a classroom environment and in field training in the agricultural and pest control environment including training of farmers in agricultural pesticide applications and practices.
The successful candidate will be required to facilitate and present classes transferring skills to students and completing assessments after training has been completed.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the whole learning experience making sure that the students are competent at the end of the supplied training.

Training services will be conducted at our facility in Edenvale as well in other centres in South Africa.
The successful candidate must be prepared to travel for offsite training courses.
Requirements for the training facilitator: Must have previous training/facilitator experience.
Experience as a teacher will be to your advantage.
Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator experience.
People skills are extremely important.
Candidate must be computer literate.
Must have a P number with Department of Agriculture.
Candidate must be well presented with sober, trustworthy habits and with very good EQ.
