Job Summary:
To innovatively manage the end-to-end Learning & Development process, identify, analyse, plan, develop, deliver and evaluate job related training and development requirements.

Develop and Deliver Training Material

Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant qualification at NQF level 6 or 7

Minimum Experience:
4 – 5 years Training / Facilitation/ Presentation experience essential
FMCG Management (advantage)
